This is a “modern” rendition of the Season 1 theme, but for me, it’s more of a rite of passage. As a kid, I watched @TruelySonicHOG’s “Modern Mix” versions 1 and 2 religiously (especially version 2), so I wanted to create my own take inspired by his originals. This version blends the Season 1 theme, the Birthday Bash theme, and the elusive original Birthday Bash theme (which is basically semi lost media at this point). It even follows the “BMV” style, with several shots recreated directly from SonicHOG’s original, plus a few little quirks of my own.
