UAD resources used with no plugins - fix (sort of) - Big & Tall Records
If you've ever noticed with your UAD Apollo quad, duo, or any other UAD DSP device. You've probably noticed resources being used that you didn't allocate. In this video I'll show you that the resources being used are very common and part of the UAD firmware and internal system and that it is totally normal operation to having low latency audio.
In fact you can even test this by lowing and increasing the buffer size and watching the "resources" fluctuate up and down in the UAD resources panel in the UAD control panel.
So you can stop worrying and love the bomb so to speak.
