RIZUR 2020/2021
RIZUR is on the market for over 24 years. Our company develops and manufactures explosion-proof equipment, heating systems, instrumentation and automation equipment. The manufactured products are used in oil and gas, chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries.
RIZUR effectively cooperates with the largest foreign and Russian enterprises such as "Gazprom", "Gazpromneft", "Rosneft", "Lukoil", "Sibur", "Bashneft", "Transneft", "Uralkali".
In 2020, RIZUR localized the production of pre-insulated impulse tubes and tubingbundles RIZURPAK in Russia. RIZURPAK systems are designed to protect against freezing, condensate formation, harsh media impact, medium viscosity due to the impact of low temperatures. At the moment RIZUR is the only enterprise in the Russian Federation that produces pre-insulated impulse tubes.
In 2022, it is planned to start the second line of pre-insulated impulse tubes RIZURPAK production, for full import substitution of this type of the product.
In 2020, RIZUR was included in the list of systemically important enterprises of the region, and also became a participant of the national project "Labor Productivity" and successfully completed it in 2021 As a result, the enterprise has modernized its workshops and workplaces using the 5S system, with the using of lean production tools, which significantly increased the efficiency of labor and management of work processes.
In 2021, the production complex with the total area of 7,600 m² was partially commissioned. New facilities are under construction to optimize production capacity and launch new lines, which will allow to increase the production of fiberglass enclosures next year.
As a result, from the beginning of 2020 to June 2021, RIZUR shipped 250 000 pieces of products to equip foreign and Russian industrial objects.
