During this video we will learn how to animate a google slide presentation. We will make connections to the Grade 8 Math Standards for Transformations. This is fondly called the Animation Transformation Project where my students animate a story for a different class. This is a great cross curricular or STEAM project. Our students create a story for English class using five parts of a story: exposition, rising action, climax, falling action and resolution. Then, they write a story for a Science or History topic. Three rubrics - Math/Transformations, English/Story Elements, and Science or History research or communicate a topic. You will learn how to insert a Word Art Title and change the font, size, fill color and outline. You will SEE how to change the background of a slide to an image or color. We will animate images on slides to play automatically when presenting. Images will come to life on your screen and make your presentations visually entertaining for your audience.
