Bazza and the "Tsamiko" Greek Dance
I am no good at Greek dancing. But I was pressed into joining this one at a village "Panegyri". The “Tsamiko” is popular in the south Peloponnese and celebrates the fierce mountain fighters who resisted the Ottomans. It features high leaps with scissor kicks. Luckily I was not leading the dance on this occasion!
