Ryu is a joke edit character made by Rikard, depicted as a drunk hobo, and his moves are quite tricky. He fails at every special attack due to the silliness, but sometimes can make plenty of effective damage. I also like to use his activating actions during Beer Riot Homer mode, he'll be able to use the secret overdrives. Which drunk character will win this battle?
