I am a coach for personality psychology. Specializing in personality disorders, difficult personalities, and how to deal with them. I help people understand the phenomenon of a personality disorder or a pronounced style and what it means for them, whether as the affected individual or as a family member or partner – and how to cope with it.
However, you don't always have to have a disorder to sometimes get in your own way in life. I help people live their lives a little more courageously and self-determinedly than they might currently be doing. I help them overcome fear and actively address and master their challenges. I support them in recognizing and dismantling inner resistance, harmful, or outdated beliefs. And that means that my clients ultimately change their lives, behave differently, do things differently, react differently, act differently than before, and thus take their lives into their own hands more actively and confidently.
Methodologically, I work based on talk therapy, behavioral therapy, and provocative systemic therapy, but with a very practical focus on taking action and (re)claiming one's life. Clients often ask me similar questions, so I started making videos to answer them all.
