Intellytech is back at it again - their fast frames are fantastic. Diffusion, reflector, or grid in 3 x 5 feet, or 6 x 5 feet. Also, they are about $320 instead of the thousands of dollars you might expect to pay for professional equipment. They also released the first dual-color focusable fresnel with a built in bowens mount and v-mount power options, it's a 100w light and costs $699 at launch.
