Security Cam Effect in DaVinci Resolve 17 Free Version
Davinci Resolve 17 has some great new effects, one of them is the CCTV effect, but it is only available in the Davinci Resolve 17 Studio version.
With this tutorial I will show you how easy it is to create this effect in the free version of Davinci Resolve with just a few basic effects and the use of an adjustment clip.

You can use the CCTV effect in the free version of Davinci Resolve 16 as well as in Davinci Resolve 17.
