.CA and CBC Sports have partnered to provide our Canadian athletes with a platform to tell their stories. Through “Player’s Own Voice”, an online ecosystem on the CBC Sports website and app, athletes have the opportunity to tell their stories, giving Canadians the chance to get to know their athletes. At their core, amateur athletes are not too different than entrepreneurs. There is a lot of hard work and dedication behind the scenes and there is a need to build and establish an online brand. To help our athletes succeed online, we will be providing our athletes with their own .CA domain name and giving them the tools to build an online presence with a website, hosting and email.
