Preparing for a Remote Viewing Session
1. Find a Quiet, Comfortable Space
Choose a location where you will not be disturbed.
Sit or lie down in a relaxed position.
If possible, use the same space for all your remote viewing sessions to build up a conducive energy in that area.
2. Set Up Your Space
Ensure the lighting is soft and comfortable.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Have a notebook and pen or a digital device ready to record your impressions.
