Jacket's slaughter of the Russian Mafia in Miami became quite the event, and the entire country is eagerly watching the trial of the Masked Maniac. Evan Wright was a journalist during the massacres, and in 1991 quit his job to write a book about the Masked Murders of 1989. However, Evan's research into the story of the killings takes him to dangerous places. Let's go along with Evan to see if he finds out the truth behind the killings.
