Marqoq laham (beef marqoq)
Marqoq is one of the favorite dish all over the middle east. It can be beef or chicken with varies of vegetables and shrak bread in a sauce.
Ingredients:
2 kg meat (beef)
5pcs of large shrak bread
3pcs medium potatoes
5pcs tomatoes
2pcs large onions
1whole garlic
3dried lemons
Cinamon stick
5pcs cardamom
3pcs bay leaves
Mix spice
Tomato paste
Coriander leaves
Cooking oil
Salt to taste
1tbs.spoon sugar
