Let's go Explore the Utah west desert
For Jordan's birthday, he wanted to go to Topaz Mountain to find Topaz. And to explore the West Desert. We loaded up and headed to Topaz. I have several books on Utah ghost towns. I always take them with us when we go exploring. Especially Utah West Desert. While the kids were looking for Topaz, I looked through the books for other places close by to go exploring. That is when I read that there was a town 50 miles away called Ibex. So we load up and head there. Only to find that there was not much left of the town of Ibex. But it was an excellent trip for Jordan's 25 birthday.
