Milk 150 ml.
Yeast 1 tsp.
Sugar 80 gr.
Salt 0.5 tsp.
Sour cream 1 tbsp.
Melted butter 70 ml.
Vegetable oil without smell 1 tbsp.
Flour 600 gr.
Egg 2 pcs. +1 for greasing.
Poppy seeds 100 gr.
Weight of dough 1 kg. 140 gr.
Weight of balls 85 gr.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
