Change Date Format Or Set Date Format Fast In Excel
Many times we receive large excel sheets with different date format & we manually change the multiple date format into a single date format for easy reading, good looking & further manipulation of the sheet.
In this short video I shared two easy methods through which you can change the date format or you can keep a single format of your data as desired.
To change the format of date following steps are needed:-
NOTE: first 3 lines are just for taking the screenshot of verification of the excel table we altered.

Win + Shift + S
Hold left Click of Mouse & Drag
Changing Date Format Quickly & Easily:-
Select Rage for changing date format
Press from you keyboard
Alt + A + E
(In some version of excel press, two times E)
Press Next & again Next
Now under “Convert Text to Column Wizard”
Open small arrow & select your desired format finally, Press Finish
Again select, Data Rage & press from your Keyboard
Ctrl + Shift + #
You can also change the format at once
Select the Data Rage
Right Click & Format Cells
Choose Date Format
Click OK
If you don’t remember/ forget the formula then
Select Data/ Rage go to Data tab & select “Text to Column”
