This is a parody of the song Shots by LMFAO & Lil Jon. To dissect the humor, it is using a play on the word "shots" to change the meaning from alcohol to a vaccination shot.
It is also being used as an educational tool to show which COVID vaccines are available and which ones are single dose vaccines.
