If your Samsung A50 is stuck on the logo screen, there are a few steps you can try to fix the issue:
Force restart the device: Press and hold the Power button and Volume Down button together for at least 10 seconds until the device restarts.
Boot into Safe Mode: Restart the device and keep pressing the Volume Down button until the home screen appears. You will see the Safe Mode icon in the bottom left corner of the screen. If the device works fine in Safe Mode, then a third-party app could be causing the issue.
Clear Cache Partition: Turn off the device, and then press and hold the Power button and Volume Up button together until the Samsung logo appears. Release the Power button but continue to hold the Volume Up button until the Android Recovery menu appears. Select "Wipe Cache Partition" using the Volume Down button, and then press the Power button to confirm.
Factory Reset: If the above steps do not work, you can try to factory reset the device. Note that this will erase all data from the device, so make sure to backup your data before proceeding. To factory reset, follow the same steps as in step 3, but instead of selecting "Wipe Cache Partition," select "Factory Reset" and confirm using the Power button.
If none of these steps work, you may need to take the device to a STG TECHNICAL for further assistance.
