TriStar 1993 logo remake v3

Same as before but I've recolored the clouds and wordmark, added motion blur on The Pegasus, updating The Pegasus's lighting and wings, I also tweaked the right wing on The Pegasus to match the original logo, I also put more gaussian blur on the flash and separating clouds, and updated every variant which I am not going to upload.
