NEGATIVE SUPPLY's BASIC KIT for 35mm Film Scanning + (GIVEAWAY)

I had the pleasure to test out Negative Supply's Basic Kit for 35mm Film Scanning.
Created for the 35mm shooters, you can jumpstart into the world of scanning film using a digital camera with this basic kit! All of these “kit” offerings feature a built in discount to allow you to scan your film even more affordably.
This basic 35mm film scanning kit includes:
Basic Film Carrier 35, Film Carrier MK1, or Film Carrier 35MD for 35mm film scanning
4x5 Light Source Basic with USB power cable
Basic Riser MK1 copy stand
Full Border Scanning Guides (optional)
Additionally, keep in mind that our Basic Riser MK1 and our 4x5 Light Source Basic will both support 120 film scanning as well. Our Film Carrier 120 pairs wonderfully with this system, as does our Pro Mount MK2.
4x5 Light Source Basic note: This unit runs on a standard USB cable for power, and plugs into your computer or a phone charging block or similar. Power block is not supplied by us - only the USB cable. Your USB power adapter must be 1.5 amps or higher.
Note: For professional full frame cameras with longer macro lenses, we advise our Pro Riser MK2. For medium format system cameras we advise our Pro Riser XL. Basic Riser MK1 is advised for entry level digital cameras as well as lighter full frame cameras with standard for compact macro lenses.

A fantastic Lightroom Classic plugin, NLP quickly converts negatives inside your existing LR workflow with excellent color reproduction and speed. With a huge user base and large continued development, this application is used by many working professionals and amateurs alike.
FilmLab Desktop
Launched on the same day as our Film Carrier 120, this software is currently in beta. Features include image conversion without the use of other software, and Mac/PC compatibility. With color science based on darkroom printing, the interface will feel easy to use and streamlined.
