UPDATE: Thanks to @Dwedit for pointing out that there are 22 additional scanlines that are not visible. That brings the expected light detection frequency to ~15.7kHz (not 14.4kHz). This does not change the fact that the Zapper is actually triggered by anything from 13.5kHz to 20kHz.
