When applying for a job, the employer has the right to require a certain list of documents from the candidate. One of them is a military registration document. This issue has become especially relevant in martial law, as the requirements for military registration have been tightened.
The State Labor Service has repeatedly explained whether an employee is obliged to provide a military ID when hiring. Yes, an employee has the right to provide a printed electronic ticket from Reserve+.
Enterprises, institutions and organizations are obliged to check the availability of military registration documents (military tickets or temporary certificates for those liable for military service, and certificates of registration at conscript stations for conscripts) when hiring for work (training).
