THE BIGGEST Thing to keep in mind is that this list looks throughout the phase. Early on, Frost DKs will be veryyyy close to S Tier. I even honestly could have put them higher easily, that's the only one I think I tried to fight my own bias towards the class for this list. Good ones will farm!
