Just a basic walk-through on how to sync Timecode across Multiple Panasonic GH4 Cameras. When possible, Audio is always a better way to sync up multiple cameras, but there are times when cameras don't always have the same audio track (when shooting in different rooms at covering a live event). Timecode set in this manner may not always be frame accurate when the multicam clips are joined, but it will at least lay out your footage to be linear for editing and be fairly close in time.
if timecode is very important, you can always get third party Timecode generators to add to each camera. But that can be very expensive.
