Today I replace the key fob battery on my 2019 Mustang GT. This process is the same for Mustangs from 2015-2023 model years. It is very easy to replace your Mustang Smart Key fob battery on your own and avoid dealership costs.
Changing the smart key fob battery on your Mustang will ensure the key fob works as intended for your Mustang. While this tutorial uses Ford Mustang Key fob, the process is the same for other key fob batteries in Ford line up such as Ford F150, Ford Maverick, Ford Bronco, etc.
