你們身邊有煙民嗎？還是你們本身是煙民？希望大家會保持中立，不要覺得煙民們就一定是危害社會的人們。這些都是他們的選擇，選擇了抽煙，也等於選擇了要負全責。大家都是成年人，要做一些成年人做的事，就算是煙民，也要成為一名負責任的煙民。共勉之。

We hope that everybody can be neutral towards smoking. Smokers are not absolutely bad people. It's their choices. But if they choose to be smokers, they will have to be responsible to their own choices. Smoke responsibly. Be responsible to yourselves.
