1. Download and Install wamp server.
2. start wamp server
3. turn on rewrite module
4. download the file from GitHub.

5. extract the file to C:\wamp\www\ directory
6. open url : http://localhost/phpmyadmin/
7. import the MySQL database
7. open url : http://localhost/EKS/
