How to Maximize your Surround sound experience with Upmixing Modes
Your Nakamichi Shockwafe comes with a selection of Dolby, DTS and Stereo upmixing modes, providing you the flexibility to choose an upmixing mode that works best for the content you are playing. We recommend using the following upmixing modes:
For Newer Dolby Movies or Streaming Content: Use Dolby Surround
For DTS Content: Use Neural:X
For Youtube, Music, Older Surround Sound Content or Better Dialog: Use All Channel Stereo Mode.
Tip: When using All Channel Stereo Mode, Remember to Switch back to Dolby Surround or Neural:X when watching content with surround sound.
