I'd like to offer you an amazing, very easy, quick, and budget-friendly recipe for Uzbek flatbreads. You don't need a tandoor to make them. We'd be delighted if you like these flatbreads. Please leave a review—we'd be very grateful.

1 liter of warm water
2 tbsp sugar
4 tsp yeast (approximately 18-20 g)
6 tsp salt (approximately 40 g if coarse)
120 ml vegetable oil
1600 g (8 cups) white flour
1 egg for greasing
Bake for 30 minutes at 210°C or 410°F
