auto correction is a feature of excel that provide us a full keyword for a short preset keyword. what's all to do
go to ==== File Menu
then go to ======Options switch
select =========Proofing
click =========Auto Correction
a pop up will apear then
type your short keword in ===== Replace text box
and your Full keword in ====== with text box
click ok and then ok
that's all
