Flood pressuring the 7 Makara Dam known as kampong Toul Bridge along National Road 3 at Kandal Steung District in Kandal Province of Cambodia.
This system was built for the purpose of using the Stung Prek Tnaot flood management system to reduce the floods that threaten Phnom Penh, and as an irrigation system that can irrigate 8,400 hectares of wet paddy and 1 dry paddy area. 000 hectares and protect over flood. If the Dam can't stand the massive flow of water, it will break and flooded Doung Kor, Kandal Steung Districts, and Krong Takhmao too.
