In this lesson, I show how to create an endpoint within our resource that has the POST annotation to indicate that it should be executed when the request uses the HTTP POST verb, and how we can read the payload using Jackson to convert it directly to an object, such as a class. Quarkus will also take care of transforming the input JSON into an instance of the class we provide as a parameter.
