How to insert users' photos to email signatures in Exchange Server/Office 365

To automatically insert users’ photos to email signatures you need to:

1. Upload users’ photos to Active Directory or Microsoft 365 (Office 365). For this task, you can use PowerShell or one of these free tools:

2. Create a signature template with the {Photo} placeholder, which will pull users’ photos from AD or Microsoft 365 and automatically insert them to users’ email signatures. To create and centrally manage email signatures, use specialized email signature management applications:
