GTA V PC Mod - ReShade + SweetFX Graphics Mod + Download Link
Watch 1080p/60fps for best Quality.
I don't recommend to use this mod in online mode, since we are not sure do we get banned for using sweet fx + reshade yet. I personally use this only singleplayer Mode.

Install Instructions:
Place all files in your Grand Theft Auto V main folder, where the .exe is.
Run the game. When you are loaded into storymode or online, press F12 on your keyboard to activate the graphical effect.
