RTX 4090 is the new monster graphics card from Nvidia, and today we will test it against a Dual 3090 NVLINK build (using hacked drivers to enable SLI)

This monster card is big and green, just like shrek. the RTX 4090 is exactly what you'll need to play shrek noire 95 RTX on the maximum settings, the new killer app coming (soon?) or whenever our patreon support gets higher.

If you want to help support my channel or the development of this insane benchmark test of a game that is "Shrek Noire 2" or "Shrek Noire 95 RTX" which is currently in alpha/pre-alpha stages, please support me on patreon here:   / signup

RTX 4090: https://amzn.to/3eWQTAC (this is technically an amazon scalper listing, it was MSRP earlier, don't buy unless it goes back to normal price, check B&H and Newegg periodically and you'll get one if you try enough)

The PNY 4090 is probably my favorite of the cards due to its insanely low idle temperature of 26c, and its very long epic name of:

the 4090 is a card I suggest everyone buy immediately, best card I've ever owned hands down.

anyhow, if you plan to do a build using more than 1 3090, word of the wise is to make sure your board has SLI support otherwise you'll be using hacky methods like slienabler, which is annoying to configure.

for the new motherboards coming out for intel and AMD, it seems SLI is basically dead, if you want to have like 3-4 3090s not bottlenecked by the bus, and liquid cooled so they don't light on fire, you're better off getting a threadripper system than using the pro-sumer boards on b550/x570

x670 is here and is only going to work with dual card configs on specific high end boards;

we may at some point revisit the rtx 4090 and make a dual rtx 4090 build and force them to run together for interesting tasks; if the funding for the channel is consistent enough for me to afford doing it. I'd love to own a threadripper, but I don't have that kind of money.

Hell, if someone finds a way to do it, I might even make a quad rtx 4090 build one day if the funding comes in, special thanks to any of you who did a superchat.
