HOW TO GIF GIMP Tutorial | Free Software to make gif animations.
In today's video, I will show you how to make a gif animation or animated gif image using software that is free and open source, such as GIMP.
I will show you how you can control each frame's timing and how to export it. In my example, you can see I am using png files with transparency and it causes the gif to have transparency as well.
