transpose instruments in FL Studio
Use the plugin wrapper to change what note is C. If you want the notes to be lower, right click and highlight the note ABOVE C by the desired interval. If you choose Eb, C will sound when you play Eb. Therefore C would sound as A. etc.
In my case I was making all my white keys act like A Major to play a gliss on harp.
