The sub gap had reached a peak at around 503k as a result of PewDiePie's "Congratulations" video, but T-Series has once again closed the gap.
On April 14, 2019, T-Series collaborated with Pepsi to place a music video ad on top of Youtube India's homepage, which greatly boosted their growth. In 48 hours the sub gap decreases from +68k to -133k.
