How to remove noise in Photoshop with MEAN
There are a few ways to remove noise or grain from photos with Lightroom, Photoshop, ACR and others. In Photoshop I'll show you one way using Mean. My photo was taken of the Astoria Tower in Astoria Oregon. It was an underexposed night photo which produced a lot of noise when edited. I'll show you one way to get rid of it! Hope you like it!
