full permission access to folder file using cmd

takeown /f foldername /r /d y
it target is file then:
takeown /f filename
icacls foldername /grant user-name:F /T
if some file is giving problem put that command
"icacls * /T /Q /C /RESET" to rest permissions
inside folder directory
