LADWP Debt Relief Program
Mayor Karen Bass announced that American Rescue Plan Funds are available to Los Angeles Department of Water & Power (LADWP) customers who may have fallen behind on payments during the pandemic. Residential and commercial customers in the City are urged to contact the utility for assistance.
