EDIT (March '23): Just because VirusTotal has one AV flag the file does not mean it is accurate or reliable. These files have all been directly from MiniTool and I have scanned them with multiple AVs including Malwarebytes, BitDefender, and some enterprise AVs as well, they are clean and safe as far as I can test.

I have replaced 11.4 with 11.5 since some people have had issues with AVS.
EDIT (Nov '22):
I have done some testing with Partition Wizard 11.4
It also allows migration for free and doesn't run into the 0% issue as far as my testing has shown.
