Screw conveyors prepared for shipment of different cross-section, length and with different equipment plus a plot with a test run of a screw conveyor for grain.
1. Screw loader in a pipe with cross-section of 219 mm and a length of 6 meters - the largest conveyor today. It is equipped with a 4 kW electric motor with belt transmission. This conveyor is equipped with a height-adjustable stand with cotter pins. The maximum unloading height is 4 meters, but the best results will be at a height of not more than 3 meters.
2. The next sample of screw conveyors is a screw loader in a pipe with cross-section 108 mm and 4 meters long. It is equipped with a 1.5 kW engine, which provides a capacity of about 2 to 4 tons per hour, depending on the installation angle. Together with it there is also a height-adjustable stand.
3. The delivery set may include a small loading hopper for 70 liters. The auger is placed in a pipe with a cross section of 133 mm. It has an engine with a power of 2.2 kW. Expected productivity is about 4 - 8 tons per hour for grain.
