Mobile band organ at Speelklok Museum in Utrecht, Netherlands
One of the fantastic band organs at the Museum Speelklok in Utrecht, Netherlands. Well worth a visit if you are in this part of the world. A wonderful working collection of all types of mechanical musical instruments ranging from the small to the very large. Guided tours on the hour and often in english. The tour is worth it as you get to see a room not open for free range viewing and hear and see demonstrations of the restored musical devices they have.
This particular organ is mobile and can be carefully removed from the museum on its trailer (partially deflating the tyres first so it fits through doorways) and taken to special events.
