How to turn on the boiler if it is filled with water?
This method is applicable if the water in the boiler hasn't been drained. If the boiler is empty, it needs to be filled with water before turning on the heating. To do this, after opening the boiler taps, turn on the hot water at the mixer tap; air will begin to escape. Once water replaces air, you can turn on the heating.
