Thomas & Friends AEG Metal Engine toys look amazing in this video I investigate Emily No12 Engine. Finally there are toy trains that look just as you see in the 2D Thomas show. Emily is the first female Tender Engine and is unusual looking because of her large driving wheel. Emily is also curious because from what I see in store she is not very popular Vs other characters. I compare the All Engines Go 2021 Emily to a old 2009 Take N Play and also the 2018 horror story Emily that is arguable the worst design ever. While I was in store doing my 'consumer affairs' segment I noticed that the Hot Wheels 20 packs had been broken into and some cars stolen. But this is just the tip of the iceberg related to a growing shoplifting problem I see in the same store over and over.
Thomas & Friends and Hot Wheels cars is constantly in short supply. Over and over I see empty pegs or empty shelves. There's nothing to purchase or collect. It's amazing this same issue keeps repeating over and over in major retail shops. I predict that the same supply chain problems that have been seen for a few years now will continue. My simple advice is if you see a toy now in store grab it. Chances are it won't be there in the lead up to Christmas.
