Just be aware, that you can only record MIDI FX in Logic Pro 10.7.5 and above.
With this new Logic Pro 10.7.5 feature, you can record your processed MIDI effects directly into the MIDI editor for further editing.
In this video, I demonstrate how to record an Arpeggiator MIDI FX as well as the Transposer MIDI FX.
