Been enjoying the PoE Scourge league a ton so far while waiting for next Diablo 3 Season. Here is my lvl 97 Occultist doing some of the hardest endgame encounters. I didn't make any guide for this yet, just took some PoB and started blasting, incredibly cool and versatile build.
Total investment is around 30 ex (the build can run T16 on a small budget easily, I optimized many unnecessary things for a bit of speed and convenience). Some of my gems here are still not fully leveled because I actually haven't played the build too much, I respecced my Burning Arrow Elementalist from lvl 95 and just blasted to 97 with this, then did some bossing.
