This is my attempt to use everything we know about the Match Engine to create the ULTIMATE 4231. We have tested it with Bayern, where Lewandowski smashed it. Lazio in Serie A and then every level of the English football league.

Hi, Welcome to the GibShow YouTube channel and this is where we will be testing the best FM22 tactics. They will either be my own creations, or picking the best the FM 2022 Community has to offer. All instructions are given at the start of the video for the players that cant download the tactic.
So...How do we do it ?
We select a number of different clubs within Football Manager 2022 and lock in the desired tactic and simulate to the end of the season and then then check the results. We’ll go through league positions, statistics, competitions and see how the FM 2022 tactic measures up.
We test with top teams as well as underdog teams so we get a better idea on how it might perform for you.
