I asked Kalen DeBoer.
His answer:
“What we’re trying to build is going to be played led.“
“Our non-negotiables we talk about is a family atmosphere. We don’t always get along that’s what a family does, but at the end of the day you love and care about each other.”
As usual for Coach DeBoer it comes back to relationships, care, and trust in the people around you.
